These terms apply to every booking made on this website. Stay Inn rents apartments by the day in Yerevan, Armenia.

2How booking works
- Choose an apartment, your dates and the number of guests. The price, minimum stay and house rules are shown on the apartment page before you book.
- Enter your details and pay the prepayment online. Your dates are held for you for 30 minutes while you pay. If the payment is not completed in time, the dates are released.
- After the prepayment we check the calendar and confirm your booking by email and WhatsApp. The booking is final only once we confirm it.
- If we cannot confirm it, for example because the apartment was booked elsewhere at the same time, we refund your prepayment in full.
3Prices and payment
- Prices are set in Armenian drams (AMD). Amounts in other currencies are shown for reference only, at current bank rates.
- When you book, you pay 10% of the stay online (some apartments ask for a different share, shown before you pay). The rest is paid on arrival.
- The total includes any long-stay discount and the charges for extra guests or children, as shown at checkout.
- Some apartments ask for a refundable security deposit on arrival. It is returned at check-out if nothing is damaged or missing.
4Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancel within 48 hours of arrival and the first night is non-refundable.

5Check-in and check-out
- Check-in and check-out times are shown on each apartment page. Unless stated otherwise, check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 12:00.
- Every adult guest must show a valid passport or ID card at check-in.
- Arriving at a different time? Let us know in advance and we will try to arrange it.
- You can extend your stay at the current price if the apartment is free on the following nights.
6House rules
- Only the guests named in the booking may stay overnight, up to the number shown for the apartment.
- Smoking, parties and pets are allowed only where the apartment page says so.
- Respect the neighbours and keep quiet at night.
- Treat the apartment with care and leave it as you found it.
7Damage and responsibility
You are responsible for any damage you or your guests cause during the stay, beyond normal wear. We may deduct the cost of repairs or missing items from the security deposit, or charge it to you.
We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the apartment, or for interruptions to water, electricity or internet caused by events beyond our control. If a problem in the apartment is our fault, we will fix it or offer you a fair solution.
8If we have to cancel
If we cannot provide the apartment for reasons beyond our control, we offer you a similar apartment or refund everything you paid.
9Your personal data
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. If a dispute arises, we will first try to settle it with you directly. If that fails, it will be decided by the courts of the Republic of Armenia. This does not limit any consumer rights you have under the law of your country.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Your booking is governed by the version published when you made it.
