1Our principles
- We collect only the data we need to host you.
- We use it only for the purpose we collected it for.
- We keep it accurate and up to date.
- We delete it when we no longer need it and the law no longer requires us to keep it.
2How we protect your data
- The whole site works over encrypted HTTPS.
- Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, so no one at Stay Inn can see them.
- Card payments are handled by our payment provider. Card numbers never reach our servers.
- Your booking page opens only through your personal, signed link or from your account.
- Only authorised staff can open the administration area, which is protected against password guessing and bots.
- Photos sent with listing requests are kept in private storage that only administrators can open.
- Our forms are protected against spam and automated abuse.
- We keep our software up to date and check it regularly for known security issues.
3Your rights
Under the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Protection of Personal Data, and for guests from the EU also under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- find out whether we hold data about you and get a copy of it;
- have incorrect or incomplete data corrected;
- have your data deleted when we no longer need it or have no legal reason to keep it;
- object to how we use your data, or ask us to limit its use;
- withdraw any consent you gave us, at any time;
- receive the data you gave us in a common electronic format;
- complain to a data protection authority.
4How to make a request
Write to [email protected] from the email address you used with us, or call +374 10 500 700. Tell us what you need and, if it is about a booking, its reference (for example SI-AB12CD).
We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act. We reply as quickly as we can, within the time the law sets, and free of charge.
5If something goes wrong
If a security incident puts your data at risk, we inform you and the relevant authority as the law requires, and tell you what we are doing about it.
6Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia. If you live in the EU, you can contact the data protection authority in your country.
